Q HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT?
Please fill out our inquiry form on the website. We will get back to you in a timely manner to answer any questions and guide you through the booking process.
Q HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
We book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. We encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.
Q INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Our top priority is always safety, for our staff and for our guests.
We want to do everything we can to cater your party. We have a tent that extends over our work area to protect the area in front of the oven and cover the serving area. We will plan to cook pizza unless there is severe weather conditions. If severe weather is in the forecast, we will work with you to either delay your event or reschedule for another day.
Pizza Wagon minimum is $1,950. for 75 guests and two hours of service.
Q HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We charge $2 per mile over 50 miles roundtrip from Lisle IL
Q WHEN DO YOU NEED TO KNOW OUR FINAL COUNT?
Two weeks prior to your event.
Q DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN CHOICES?
Yes, this is a very common request and our gluten free pizza is delicious! Please make sure to request gluten free pizza crusts and any vegan toppings for your event if needed. Please be aware though that all our pizzas are cooked in the same wood fired oven. We will handle gluten free pizzas separately with their own plates, pizza cutters and serving utensils. We are Gluten Friendly as pizzas are cooked in same oven.
THE FINE PRINT
Depending on the size of your event, we do require a $500-$1000 deposit at the time of booking to hold your date.
We do understand that things happen and events have to be cancelled or moved from time to time.
Any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to your event will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
Due to scheduling demands, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date. In this case, the full contract fee, less any deposits already paid, will be charged. Your deposit can also be used to solidify another date in the future.

Q DOES EVERYONE AT MY EVENT ORDER THEIR OWN PIZZA?
No, all food is served buffet style with guest being able to come up to the table at their own leisure and choose between the pre selected wood fired pizza options. We will accommodate to personal requests if they are within our topping choices.
Q CAN YOU BRING PIZZAS INSIDE?
Yes, we can bring pizzas into the house, a tent or other covered areas that make it the most convenient for guests. We can do this for an additional charge or if you would like to hire servers to run food for your event. We prefer buffet setup in front of pizza wagon.
Q CAN YOU PULL UP TO MY GARAGE?
We can pull up close to a building or garage as long as we have room to work.
Q CAN YOU PARK ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE?
We can park in the street, as long as the road is level and there is room for our prep tables and tent. Local Municipality must allow as well.
Q WHERE CAN YOU PARK THE TRUCK AND PIZZA WAGON?
We have to stay on level ground, preferably on concrete or asphalt.
Q WHAT ARE THE PIZZA WAGON DIMENSIONS?
We pull the pizza wagon with a Ford Pickup truck which is 25′ long. The pizza wagon is about 8 feet wide, and 20 feet long, the height with the chimney is 12 feet high. So the total length is about 45 feet long. We need approx. 20' x 20' for service around pizza wagon.
Q FINAL PAYMENT?
For weddings and larger events, final payment is due 10 days prior. For all other events, we will collect the final payment upon arrival the day of the event and any other costs to be paid at the conclusion of the event. You are always welcome to pay in advance if the final count and all details are solidified.
Q DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE FOR MY VENUE?
Yes, just email us your event details and we will provide you with a Certificate of Insurance
